pigging technology

The pigging technology is used for paint recovery or pressure quantity minimization in the paint supply of fully automated coating systems with water- or solvent-based wet paints.

Flexible system integration through the availability of numerous nominal diameters for small and large flow rates as well as the availability of all components for the piggable section from start to finish.

Suitable for all wet coating materials for the paint supply of the application technology with low paint losses through paint recovery or pressure quantity minimization by means of pigs.

Extended service life of the spray gun The pigs' ability to consistently avoid cross-sectional changes along the running path and the excellent flexibility of the pigs enable the piggable special hoses to have a very long service life.

Flexible suitability the pigging technology for use with solvent- or water-based paints due to the availability of pigs made of several materials with different chemical resistance.

Very easy to rinse all material-carrying areas and low solvent or rinsing agent requirements due to flow-optimized shaping and flushing of the pigs in the pigging stations.

Modular system design enables the realization of multi-channel pigging lines and their extension if required.

High spare parts availability of spare parts through high minimum stock levels of components directly from the manufacturer.
